All applications and contracts are made directly between you and the respective financial institution.

3. Eligibility and Use

You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when requested. You may not use the App to circumvent any law, misrepresent your identity, or abuse the services of any partner institution.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will receive any offer, approval, or favourable terms from any institution. Eligibility, rates, and approval depend entirely on the policies of each provider. Displayed offers may change without notice. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of third-party products or for any decision made by a financial institution regarding your application.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and technology in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any information provided therein. We are not liable for the acts, products, or services of partner institutions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if we believe you have breached these terms or for operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
